Support the British Council’s mandate in the UAE and connect them with key government stakeholders and policy makers (especially in Education) while re-aligining their strategy with VISION 2021.
ApproachDeveloped the framework for an extensive stakeholder outreach programme built on a focus on developing a globally competitive young Emirati workforce. This culminated in the authoring of a dedicated report on Future Skills, based on in-depth interviews with CEOs, business leaders, and major employers of Emirati youth, in addition to a survey with over 500 CEOs in the UAE.
ResultThe report was launched to critical acclaim from media and both the public and private sectors. Using THC’s government contacts, we facilitated a number of key meetings between the British Council and key government entities in the UAE (and GCC).
